 Saturday  events include use of the first floor of the house including a bathroom, the carriage house, and room for the bride and party to get ready, the ceremony site, use of the barn and onsite parking. Standard tables and chairs for the barn and benches for the ceremony are provided.  Couples  can have access to the property  on Friday from 2pm to 9pm and Saturday from 10am to 10pm. Rental fee for Saturday is  5,400. If you would like to stay in the house Friday and Saturday night the cost is 6,000

Sunday events have the same access to areas of the estate and include the same  amenities as Saturday  but for a shorter period of time. Couples can use the property from 10 am to 10pm on Sunday.  This option is perfect for couples who are looking for a scaled down affair.  The rental fee for Sunday is 4,000. If you would like to stay overnight in the home on Sunday  and leave Monday the cost is 4,600.
